Dear Parent of an Infant – 5th Grader,
Thank you for being a part of Calvary Chapel Green Valley Children’s Ministry and for bringing your children! We are launching a new child check-in system that we hope will better serve your needs.
To help with a smooth transition, please complete the attached form and return it to CCGV as soon as possible. This will allow us to set up your household account prior to services, allowing for a speedier process of your registration. After your household account is set up, checking in will be as easy as inputting your phone number or scanning your mobile pass (more info on that once your household account is established).
